Since opening in 2008, Craoibhín Community and Enterprise Centre in Termon has evolved into a very active Community Centre.
They employ 16 people and have a Childcare facility, sports hall, Astroturf pitch, gym, enterprise units, computer suite and have adapted to the needs of the community.

Launched last year, their newest venture is Grass Routes – Electric Bake Adventures a bicycle rental business. Further plans that will contribute to the sustainability of the centre are in place including establishing a drama group, youth club and a focus on short courses.

Craoibhín has grown to become the social hub and focal point of the greater Termon area and has given both children and adults opportunities to try out activities. It is now firmly embedded in the community and takes a proactive approach in responding to community needs.

LKBA-TraceyPeoples
Milford and District Resource T/A Premier Services focus on the providing book keeping and secretarial services to individuals, community groups, and businesses in the greater Milford area ranging from photocopying to filing accounts.

They provide office space to businesses and support community groups locally as well as supporting them with funding applications.
The company was formed in 1994 and there are two full time workers and a manager under the CSP programme.

Given considerable emigration from the local area recently, the facility has become the focal point for connection to the outside world. Its aim is to promote, develop and foster the development of the Milford area. Milford and District Resource T/A Premier Services is run on a commercial basis and has become hugely important to the local community.
