Lorraine Boyce started her registered Chartered Physiotherapy business in 2012. She is also a qualified pilates instructor.

Trained in spinal manual concepts, biomechanics and acupuncture, Lorraine can rehabilitate a range of musculo-skeletal complaints including whiplash, chronic pain, spinal, sports and repetitive strain injuries.

Lorraine has been attending training workshops with Donegal Enterprise Board who have also provided her with a business mentor. She has also joined a business networking group. He objective is to expand her premises within the next two years.

Lorraine’s clinical schedule is fully booked on a consistent basis with up to 50 clients a week attending and within nine months she has already had to make structural changes to cater for her growing business. She hopes to recruit other chartered physiotherapists in future to cope with her business’ increasing demand.

Lone Star State Ltd operates within the Digital Media Entertainment Sector and publishes Transmedia Graphic Novel, specialising in creating original graphic novels.
The company’s flagship product is entitled Lone Star Soul, a multi-platform graphic novel experience using the best of transmedia storytelling techniques and it is sold through all major storefront vendors such as Amazon, iTunes, Barnes & Noble as digital eBook for all devices.
Lone Star State is in the process of creating a multi-platform graphic novel series which will tell a single, epic storyline and will be released in chronological instalments.
In operation since November 2012, Lone Star State has launched its first wave of products and is finalising details of a distribution deal with the main international distributor of comics and graphic novels in the United States and UK.

Leonard Watson, who has over 20 years retail experience, opened Watson Menswear on Main Street in July 2012 and employs seven people.
Watson’s stock clothing suitable for young and old, age 4 boys up to a mature gentleman, while also catering for women aged 15+.
Products include smart casual fashion in menswear, ladies wear, boys wear, shoes, wallets, ties, suits, accessories and school wear. Watson Menswear’s main catchment is the Letterkenny area, but customers come from around the county.
The business aims to increase and enhance the reputation of Watson Menswear through public relations and marketing, in particular online campaigns.
Watsons strive for excellent customer service, offering quality clothes at affordable prices seven days a week with late night shopping. Over the next 12 months Watsons Menswear has major plans to expand the business.
