Mary and Pat Bradley are passionate about food and realised their dream when they opened Pat’s Pizza, a Pizza takeaway and Pat’s on the Square, a restaurant offering Italian /European food. Mary’s front-of-house presence is well known and ensures a friendly atmosphere whilst Pat’s presence in the take away is also legendary.

With 30 years experience and under Mary’s leadership, both businesses have gone from strength to strength, enduring the recession by refurbishing both restaurants, reviewing the pricing structure, and introducing new ideas that have really paid off. Mary & Pat are a great example of how to work as a team and are looking forward to the next 30 years in business.

Mark Bundschu is steeped in business in Letterkenny along with his many business interests on a national level. This year he celebrates 20 years of providing an affordable variety of reading materials in the North West, through the ABC bookshop, Books Direct and Easons.

After developing Books Direct successfully in 2005 he incorporated into the Easons brand and now has two outlets in Letterkenny and one in Drogheda. During difficult recessionary times he has demonstrated hard work and dedication and takes a hands-on approach.

Mark has a strong commitment to retail life in Letterkenny and has been the driving force behind the Letterkenny Town Team and is dedicated to ensuring the town centre prospers.

Kevin Ward transformed his passion for football into a profession and runs one of the most successful sports and events companies in Ireland and the UK.

Champions Travel was established in 2011 to partner with top Football Clubs and venues in England and Europe, negotiating the best packages for customers.

Kevin has not rested on his laurels and Champions Travel has become official hospitality resellers for an extra six Premier League teams while at the same time launching a sister company, Champions Encore, which will solely deal with music and comedy Events. Champions Travel has bucked the economic trend and turned a passion for football into a thriving business.
