Brendan McGlynn has spent 30 years building up a fine reputation as an estate agent in commercial and residential sales and particularly in closing complex deals.
The Quiet Moment sits right in the heart of Letterkenny serving locals and visitors for 25 years. The restaurant has evolved and expanded and now has an offering that meets new customer expectations and is looking forward to further development.
Employing 20 people, Brendan ensures that his staff are treated well and has a high level of staff retention as a result.
Annette Houston, FM Services Group
FM Services, was started by Annette’s parents 25 years ago. The Company has been leading the way in the commercial cleaning business since then and Annette has proudly built on the legacy.
The company now has 3 divisions; FM Services, Bright Academy running industry training and skills programmes and Cleaner in a Click catering for the domestic market.
Annette loves the business and has built a strong team around her, she is proud of all they have achieved together and has clear ambitions for the future.
Daniel Gallagher NW Aluminium Group
NW Aluminium Group employs 50 people and has invested heavily in plant and machinery. They have implemented lean manufacturing principles and make an annual 4% reinvestment in R&D.
Manufacturing a unique product, required under UK Building Regulations, one third of sales go to the UK.
Always looking to the future, NWA Group is planning another 8,000 sqft building by end of 2019.
Keen to invest in talent, staff are encouraged to contribute to the development of the company.
Daniel aims to keep NWA Group successful, profitable and heading in the right strategic direction.
