Pontemed Clinic Ireland

Amanda Torrens opened the first Pontemed Clinic Ireland in September 2017. The clinic offers two healthcare facilities in PelviPower and Salt Caves Therapy. The demand for these treatments and the results experienced by patients has been incredible.

The Pontemed Ireland headquarters are based in Convoy and in just one year the company has gone on open Special Care Clinics throughout Ireland and the UK.

Pontemed Clinic Ireland’s vision to bring these unique health & wellbeing treatments to Donegal and located in Letterkenny, has changed their clients lives forever.

Donegal Commercial Vehicles

Donegal Commercial Vehicles is a one-stop-shop for anyone operating commercial vehicles. In just three years they now employ 21 people and are an approved ETB apprenticeship provider.

They operate an automated dealer management system which allows hassle free fleet management. With an in-house test centre, the business offers a same day service and test package ensuring vehicles are off the road for as short a time as possible.

Having recently acquired the prestigious Mercedes Benz agency and stocking the new Turas coach range Donegal Commercial Vehicles is going from strength to strength.

New Beginnings

Sarah Barr, a qualified counsellor, set up her counselling practice in Moville in 2016 and within a year expanded into Letterkenny and opened a Wellness Hub in 2018. She promotes positive mental health and well-being and offers a range of therapies.

Many of Sarah’s clients are mothers to whom she offers support in areas of anxiety, depression, loss and confidence. She has also created, and delivered a unique mental health course for mothers. The Minding Mammy Workshops have received national and international interest and the first franchise has been set up in Dublin.
