Gardaí investigating after three new quads stole overnight 

GARDAÍ are investigating a burglary that occurred at Ballybulgan, Ballintra between approximately 1am and 4am on Monday, December 11.

In a statement issued on social media, gardaí said the doors to a locked shed were broken open and three new ‘Suzuki King’ quads were stolen from within.

“Two of the quads (500’s) are red in colour and are both non power steering.

“One of these two has oversized Kenda Bear Claw tyres on the back.

“The 3rd quad (750) is green in colour and has a black bullbar fitted to the front.

“We appeal to anybody who may have any information as to the current location of these quads or who may observed any suspicious activity/ vehicles in that area to make contact with Gardaí in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530.

“The Garda Confidential line may be contacted on 1800666111.

“Should anybody come across these quads for sale we ask them to make contact immediately with Gardaí.

“If anybody travelled in the Ballintra area between Midnight and 6am with dashcam, we ask them to please make the footage available to Gardaí,” a spokesperson said.
