A WELL-KNOWN West Donegal chef will feature in a new cookery series on TG4 tomorrow night, January 21.
Brian Danny Minnie Ó Domhnaill from Annagry will be featured on #O Cuisine presented by Veronica Ní Ghríofa.
The series showcases the best of Irish cooking featuring chefs from different parts of the country. The chefs emphasise locally sourced food and ingredients that are in season and organic.
Brian’s long-established ‘Danny Minnie’s Restaurant’ in Annagry is an award-winning restaurant situated in the heart of the Gaeltacht. The restaurant offers high-quality local seafood and meats in a cosy, welcoming atmosphere.
Brian will prepare a mozzarella salad with tomatoes for the starter, Monkfish with Hollandaise sauce and asparagus for the main course and Rhubarb & Strawberry Brulée for dessert.
Ó Cuisine with Brian Danny Minnie Ó Domhnaill will be shown tomorrow (Wednesday), at 8.30pm, only on TG4.
