GARDAÍ are investigating reports of missing calves from the Golan area of Milford.
Two farmers contacted Milford Garda Station to report that they both had a calf go missing over the weekend of Thursday, September 21 and Sunday, September 24.
Both calves are missing from the Golan area of Milford.
One of the calves is brown with a white face and a distinctive mark under its right eye.
The second calf is completely white in colour with two black ears. It is very young and quite small.
A garda spokesperson said: “Should anybody have any information in relation to the whereabouts of these animals we ask them to contact Gardaí in Milford on (074) 9153060.
We also ask farmers in that area to please check their stock and to report any missing animals at Milford Garda Station.”
