MOTORISTS are being advised of a number of road closures across Letterkenny in the coming weeks.
The L-1054 Lismonaghan Road, the L-1094 Cullion Road and the L-114 Drumany Road in Letterkenny will be closed from May 27 to May 31, and again June 4 and June 5.
The roads will not be closed simultaneously, and there will be diversion routes available.
Roads will open temporarily whenever possible, Donegal County Council has said.
Meanwhile, the L-1152-1 Windyhall Road in Letterkenny will be closed from May 20 to June 7, from 7pm to 7am daily.
Elsewhere, the L-1522- 1 / 2 Trentagh Road will be closed to traffic between May 27 and October 18 for watermains upgrade works between Drumcavanny Crossroads and Trentagh Presbyterian Church.
The works will be carried out in phases, and a number of diversions will be in place.
Meanwhile, the public is being urged to make their voices heard at a series of in-person public consultation events on the Carrigans to Lifford Greenway.
In-person events will take place in the Family Resource Centre, St Johnston, on Wednesday, May 1 from 2pm to 8pm, and Thursday, May 2 in the Old Courthouse, The Diamond, Lifford from 2pm to 8pm.
After the conclusion of the in-person consultation events, public displays will be made available for a period of time at the County House in Lifford until Thursday, May 16 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.30pm.
