THE Department of Social Protection has strongly defended its decision to close the local Community Welfare Clinic in St Johnston.
Sinn Féin County Councillor, Cora Harvey, described the closure of the clinic at St Johnston Resource Centre on Wednesday as another “attack on rural Donegal”.
