Three houses damaged after being struck by lightning
Three houses in the Newtowncunningham area have been badly damaged after being struck by lightning. Two houses have extensive fire damage while the third house received internal damage. The fire service attended the scene. Local councillor Paul Canning said: “All residents have been badly shook but are ok.”
