Gardaí say the alleged assault took place at approximately 3.30am on Sunday the 2nd of June, at Maginn Avenue in the town.
Fresh appeal following fatal Falcarragh collision
Keyna Barrett, who was aged in her 80s, died following a single vehicle collision on Tuesday, April 23 on the N56 Ballina Road, Falcarragh, at 1.30pm.
