Rules of entry

 

  • The nominee must have been an employee with said business for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Self-nominations are welcome.
  • Each month the nominees will be featured online and people will be invited to vote for their favourite.
    These votes will be collected and sent to the judging panel, they will be considered but will not be the deciding factor in naming the Employee of the Month for that said month.
  • All nominees must agree to publicity associated with the Employee of the Month Award.
  • The judging panel will verify employment with each nominee’s employer and may ask for supporting evidence to confirm entry.
  • Each monthly recipient will be in line to win the overall Employee of the Year Award at the 2019 Letterkenny Business Awards, Friday 8th November, Clanree Hotel. Tickets for the event are available from Letterkenny Chamber (0) 74 91 24866
  • Entries details will be shared with the award organisers Donegal News, Letterkenny Chamber and sponsor Boyd HR, who are part of the judging panel for the purposes of the Employee of the Month/Year Award ONLY.
  • Your details will be held in accordance with the Donegal News privacy policy for the purposes of the Employee of the Month/Year ONLY.
  • Each monthly winner (March – September) will receive a Shop LK Gift Card
