Permission sought for 23 new homes in Dunfanaghy

A DONEGAL based developer has lodged a planning application with Donegal County Council for 23 new homes in Dunfanaghy.

CR Renaissance Properties with a registered company address at C/O Charles Roarty, Duntally, Creeslough is seeking permission to build the 23 new homes on Horn Head Road on the outskirts of the town.

They are also seeking connection to the public sewer and al associated site works.

A decision on the application will be made by the local authority on August 31.

Dunfanaghy is one of Donegal’s most popular seaside villages with house and site prices remaining high in recent years.
