A NEW exhibition will open at An Grianán Theatre, Letterkenny, tonight (Friday), September 6, presented by the Park View House.
Park View House is a Day Hospital within the Donegal Mental Health Service that supports people dealing with the stresses of life.
Park View’s Got Talent is the third exhibition to be held by members of the hospital’s Creative Group developed and successfully running for the past two years.
During this time the group have created a variety of art work including painting on canvas, pastel work, textile, quilt making, printing, mosaic, light sculptor and willow sculptor.
One member of the creative group said: “Doing work and finding talents that you didn’t know you had, this increases your confidence and worth.”
Having exhibited work in the Regional Cultural Centre in December 2011 and the ArtCo Gallery in June 2012, the group is now delighted to exhibit in An Grianán Theatre.
The official opening will take place tonight at 7pm; Refreshments will be served. The exhibition will run until September 16.
