North West 10K fundraisers continue

HOT on the heels of the successful fashion fundraiser on Thursday, the three North West 10K charities are gearing up for their next series of events.

The three North West 10K charities are continuing fundraising events in the build-up to the big event itself on the Bank Holiday Monday, May 6, in Letterkenny.

The three charities this year are the Kilmacrennan, Termon, Gartan, Churchill and Trentagh Community First Responders, Cara House Family Resource Centre and the Letterkenny Community Childcare Centre.

On Friday, April 12, there will be an Over 40s football match at Leckview Park, kick-off at 7.30pm.

At the Old Dunnes Stores and Simpsons Store in Letterkenny on Saturday, April 20 there will be ticket selling from 9am to 5pm.

On Saturday, April 27 a Night at the Races will take place in the Swilly Inn Letterkenny from 8pm to 10pm.

A Ladies Night will be held on Friday, May 17 in the Letterkenny Community Childcare Centre from 7.30 to 10pm.

It’s been a great team effort involving the three charities working together to raise much needed money that will help them continue their good work.

So it would be great to see the public supporting these three very worthy causes at the various fundraisers that they will be
