New Leadership team appointed to Stronghold Networking Group

THE Stronghold Chapter of Business Network International in Donegal has announced the appointment of a brand new leadership team consisting of three prominent local business people.

Dave McEvoy, (Dmac Media Ltd.) has assumed the position of Chapter Director while Kevin Martin (Donegal Plumbing & Heating Supplies) and Emma Boylan (Outside the Box PR & Marketing) will take leading roles as Membership Co-ordinator and Secretary Treasurer respectively.

The new team will steer the Stronghold Chapter in building new business and boosting the local economy through effective networking among its members.

The Stronghold Chapter which supports more than 160 jobs locally meet in Lough Eske Castle each Thursday morning consists of local businesses and trades including a printer, carpenter and dentist.

The 39 member group generated more than €1,400,000 in business in 2013, with this record set to be broken this year under the guidance of the new leadership team.

Dave McEvoy, Chapter Director said: “As the new chapter director I am really looking forward to guiding the group and helping our members to continue to generate new business in the coming months.

“Regardless of the national economy I believe we as a group can contribute hugely to the continued growth of our own businesses and the local Donegal economy. We welcome any local business people who would like to come along to one of our meetings to find out more about BNI and how they can grow their business by becoming a member.”
