NAOMH Conaill and St Eunan’s will face off in the Minor ‘A’ Championship final in MacCumhaill Park on Saturday.

Both teams lost their regional finals, but bounced back to win their county semi-finals and make it to the decider.

It should be an entertaining contest, and Paul Carr – who makes up a third of the St Eunan’s management team along with Eddie Brennan and Ciaran Maguire – acknowledges that his side are going to have to be on form to come out on top.

“They would have been our big rivals down through the years, and Glenties were always the team to beat at this age group,” said Carr.

“They have some very strong players and they are going to be hard to beat on Saturday, but hopefully we can do ourselves justice.”
