Even though his ATK Mohun Bagan side was just edged out in the hunt for the major honours in the Indian Super League, Carl McHugh can still mark down the 2020/21 season as a hugely successful one.
The Leitirmacaward native joined ATK from Scottish Premier League side Motherwell back in October of 2019.
He settled well and banged in a real Goal of the Season contender on his debut against Kerela Blasters. However, his campaign came to a frustrating and premature end less than a month later when he damaged ligaments in his angle.
