McATEER – The peaceful death has taken place of Hannah McAteer (née McCarron). Dearly loved wife of Michael McAteer and loving mother of John McAteer, Mary Neely, Phonsie McAteer, Julie Patton, Susan Barry, Michael McAteer and James McAteer.
Deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, sons, daughters, brothers Johnny and Phonsie McCarron, sisters Mary Fivey and Julia O’Donovan, her eighteen grandchildren, one deceased, relatives and very many friends.
Reposing at her home from 12 noon on Tuesday. Funeral from there at 10.15 am on Thursday to St. Columba’s Church, Massmount, Fanad for 11 am Requiem Mass, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. The Mass can be viewed live on the Fanavolty Church Facebook page.
