RESIDENTS in Ramelton have been advised to prepare for potential water supply disruptions due to essential leak detection works, scheduled to take place later this week.
These works are being carried out as part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme, which aims to improve the overall water network and reduce water loss.
The scheduled works will begin on Wednesday, April 30 and are expected to continue until approximately 2am on Thursday, May 1.
Residents are reminded that it may take an additional three to four hours after the estimated completion time for the water supply to fully return to normal.
