Huge response to Daniel’s prayer calls

DANIEL O’Donnell has urged fans to keep his manager Kieran Cavanagh in their thoughts.

Mr Cavanagh, a Sligo native, has been Daniel’s manager since 2017.

The Donegal star has revealed that his manager has been diagnosed with brain cancer.

Daniel said: “I’d like to ask for prayers for my manager Kieran Cavanagh. He has been diagnosed with brain cancer and will start treatment soon.

“Please pray for him and his family at this very difficult time.”

Fans of the much-loved Donegal star have responded in their droves to his plea, which he posted on his own Facebook page.

One user said: “Sorry to hear this. Kieran is an absolute gentleman, you will be in my thoughts and prayers,” while another person wrote:

“Sending caring, positive and healing thoughts to your friend and family. Hoping all will be well after treatment.”
