HAUGHEY, Gutcha

HAUGHEY – The death has taken place on Wednesday, 1st March 2023 of Liam Gutcha Haughey, 13 Mount Pleasant, Mountain Top, Letterkenny, F92 DF2R and formerly from Listillion. Pre-deceased by his infant sons Dean and Jason; parents Peter and Katie.

Deeply missed by his loving son Lee; daughter Bronaígh; grandson Brooks; sisters Sr. Veronica, Nellie, Noeleen and Cass; brothers Robert, Hughie, Packie, Peter, Jimmy, Jonnie, Paul and Kevin, aunts, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.

Removal from the Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny on Thursday, 2nd March at 4 pm going to his late residence with family time until 6 pm please. Funeral from there on Saturday at 10.15 am going to the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Letterkenny for 11 am Requiem Mass which can be viewed on https://www.youtube.com/@churchoftheirishmartyrs4657. Interment afterwards to New Leck Cemetery, Letterkenny.

Family time from 10 pm until 12 noon and on the morning of the funeral please. Rosary both evenings at 9 pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Sheephaven Search and Recovery Unit and Donegal Mountain Rescue Team, c/o any family member.
