FLOOD – The peaceful death has taken place at Archview Lodge Nursing Home on Thursday, 5th January 2023 of Margaret Flood, (née McLaughlin), 5 Ard Colmcille, Letterkenny. Pre-deceased by her parents Paddy and Nellie McLaughlin; sister Madeline; brothers Val and John; son-in-law Tadhg Culbert.
Deeply missed by her loving husband Charlie; daughter Hilda Culbert; sons Gabriel and Cathal; daughters-in-law Kim and Jacinta; grandchildren Lisa, Andrew, Caolán, Shannon, Ciara, Rachael, Orla and Mark, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.

Margaret’s remains will be reposing at her daughter Hilda Culberts residence, 8 The Croft, Glencar Scotch, Letterkenny, F92 X8X4 on Friday, 6th January from 11 am until 10 pm with Rosary at 9 pm. Removal from there on Saturday, 7th January at 12.15 pm going to St. Eunan’s Cathedral, Letterkenny via Ard Colmcille and Beachwood Avenue for 1 pm Requiem Mass which can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny. Interment afterwards to New Leck Cemetery.
