Fancy owning your own bank?

FANCY owning your own bank? Well now is your chance – mind you it may not be full of cash!

The former Ulster Bank premises on Main Street in Letterkenny had a for sale sign erected on it this week.

The branch which closed on April 21 is one of 39 to be offered for sale as part of the Ulster Bank Portfolio in Ireland. The sale is being handled by Cushman and Wakefield, Commercial Real Estate Services.

There is no guide price on the 4,985 square foot property at 1-3 Lower Main Street, yet as like all the other bank properties owned by the bank, signage and operational equipment has to be removed.

The website states; “as works are completed the property will come to the market shortly after.”
