GARDAÍ are appealing for information following a collision in Newtowncunninghan at which no drivers or passengers remained at the scene.
The two-vehicle collision occurred on the N13 at Bohullion Lower, Newtowncunningham on Saturday, December 6, at 11.55pm.
A black Lexus and silver Lexus were involved in the collision. Both vehicles sustained substantial damage. No drivers or passengers were at the scene upon the arrival of gardaí and both vehicles were seized.
A garda spokesperson said: “We appeal to anyone who may have observed the collision to get in touch with Gardaí in Letterkenny on (074) 9167100. If anyone travelled along the N13 at Newtowncunningham on that date between 11.30pm and 00.30am with a dash-cam, we ask them to make the footage available to investigating gardai.”
