CANNING, May

CANNING – The death has taken place at her home of May Canning, Castlequarter, Fahan. Beloved wife of Patrick, much loved mother of Fiona, Sean, Ciara, Garrett, Fergal, Nuala, Mura and Eamon and dear sister of Eamon.

Deeply regretted by her husband, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother, her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Her remains are reposing at her residence. Funeral Wednesday, 15th July to St. Mura’s Church, Fahan for Requiem Mass at 11 am followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Requiem Mass will be streamed on churchservices.tv/cockhill and choose the mobile option.

In accordance with current HSE and Government guidelines restrictions on attendance at funerals is a maximum of fifty people. The Funeral Mass and interment is private to family and close friends.
