AN 18-year-old man who came close to losing his life after was stabbed four times with a ten inch kitchen knife was in a ‘stable’ condition in hospital yesterday.
The young Carndonagh man was rushed by ambulance to Altnagelvin Hospital following the attack after which his lung collapsed. He was critical for a period of 24 hours.
Speaking to the Donegal News yesterday, Garda Superintendent Vincent O’Brien said the very serious assault could have ‘resulted in his death
