YOUNG – The death has taken place at her home of Betty Young, Hillhead, Ardara.

Betty will be sadly missed by her sons Blain and Gordon; daughter Elizabeth; daughters-in-law Helen and Martina; brother Hamilton (Derry); sister Sadie (Australia); grandchildren; great grandchildren; relatives, neighbours and friends.

Her remains will repose at Shovlin’s Funeral Home, Sandfield this evening, Friday from 5 pm to 9 pm, followed by removal to her son Gordon’s house. Funeral from there on Sunday afternoon at 1.45 pm to Ardara Methodist Church for 2 pm Funeral Service, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House open to family and friends on Saturday from 12 noon to 9 pm and private on Sunday.
