Met Éireann has issued a yellow weather warning for Donegal as temperatures are set to drop Thursday, March 9.

The weather alert is in place from 9pm Thursday, March 9 until 10am Friday, March 10.

Widespread icy stretches are expected on Thursday night and Friday morning resulting in possible hazardous driving conditions and travel disruptions.
