Yellow snow and ice warning for Donegal extended

A YELLOW snow and ice warning for Donegal has been extended until 11am today.

Possible impacts of this weather may include poor visibility and difficult travel conditions.

Meanwhile, a yellow low temperature/ice warning for Ireland will come into effect at 8pm tonight.

Temperatures are set to plummet as low as -3 today and into tonight leaving very cold, widespread frost and icy stretches.

Possible impacts of this weather may include hazardous conditions on the roads and paths along with some travel disruptions.

This weather warning will remain in place until 10am tomorrow, Wednesday, November 20.
