A YELLOW weather warning has been issued for rain in Donegal.

The warning came into action at 11am this morning and will remain in place until 8pm tomorrow night.

In a statement issued this morning, Mét Éireann warned of heavy rain and strong, gusty winds.

Possible impacts of these weather conditions include localised flooding, reduced visibility and dangerous road conditions.
