MOTORISTS in Letterkenny are likely to face some traffic delays at the busy Pole Star Roundabout as work begins on the installation of a new traffic lights system from next Monday, June 19.
Donegal County Council say the work will take approximately ten weeks to complete.
The traffic light installation will be carried out outside the busy day time hours, from 7pm to 5.30am, beginning on Monday, June 19.
Traffic control measures will be in place with diversions.
The sequence of work will be as follows:

Ramelton Road Island Road Crossings
Central Island Road Crossing
Port Road Island Works
Ramelton Road Island Works
Neil T Blaney Road Island Works
Four Lane Road Works
