Police in Scotland have arrested a woman in connection with the murder of Gaoth Dobhair Ann Coll.
Ann was found with serious injuries at a flat on Newfield Place, Rutherglen on Friday, December 22, 2023 and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A murder investigation got underway and officers have been carrying out house to house enquiries, tracking down Ann’s final movements.

“Following enquiries into the death of 61-year-old Ann Coll in Rutherglen, officers have arrested a 37-year-old woman in connection with the death,” said a police spokesperson.
“Ann was found at a flat on Newfield Place around 12.45am on Friday, 22 December, 2023.
“Further enquiries are ongoing.”
