A WOMAN (80s) who sustained serious injuries in a collision on Sunday has passed away.
The woman had been receiving treatment at Sligo University Hospital but passed away from her injuries earlier today.
Meanwhile, a man in his 50s has been arrested and charged by gardaí.

He is due to appear before Letterkenny District Court tomorrow morning, Thursday, August 29 at 10.30am.
A garda investigation is ongoing.
