A status yellow wind warning has been issued for Donegal.
The alert will come into effect at mighnight on Tuesday and will last until 11am that morning.
Counties Galway and Mayo will also be affected.

Strong to gale force and gusty southwest winds are expected.
Met Éireann are urging people to be careful of fallen branches/trees, debris, difficult travelling conditions and wave overtopping due to onshore winds and high seas, particularly during high tide times.
