TYRONE five-piece The Logues are the main attraction at the Balor Arts Centre, Ballybofey on Friday, November 14.

Formed in 2006 from the embers of a drunken St. Patrick’s Day jam session, The Logues are purveyors of ‘psycho ceilidh’, a rock-based Irish/Americana folk sound. AMA – Ireland’s biggest booking agency – call them “the most progressive folk band in the country.”

The band hit The Balor as part of an Irish theatre tour, capping a year that will have seen them perform to 5,000 people in Dubai on St. Patrick’s Day and thousands more in Holland in late October.

Whether it’s original songs from the band’s top five selling debut album or their unique covers of artists from Springsteen to Avicci, expect a highly energetic, party atmosphere with some great tunes.

The Logues play The Balor this Friday November 14th at 8.30pm, tickets €12.50.Tickets for both gigs are available from The Balor Box Office on 0749131840 or online at www.balorartscentre.com
