A WEST Donegal pensioner today pleaded not guilty to six counts of indecent assault on a teenager. The offences are alleged to have taken place between 1989 and 1990.
A jury comprising seven men and five women was sworn in to hear the case in the Circuit Court in Letterkenny, starting tomorrow morning.
The case, which is expected to last up to four days, before Judge Cormac Quinn, will be held in camera.
