A YELLOW weather warning for rain has been issued by Met Éireann for Donegal on Halloween.
The warning will come into force at 6am on Monday and will remain in place until 12am on Tuesday.
The forecaster is warning of heavy rain that will lead to localised flooding and some disruption.
