A WEATHER warning has been issued for Donegal ahead of the arrival of tropical Storm Ernesto with high levels of rainfall predicted.
Met Eireann has issued a yellow weather warning for the entire country as they expect high intensity rainfall over a relatively short period of time on Saturday night.
The forecaster said: “totals up to 20mm could occur quite widely with higher falls locally. The situation will continue to be monitored.”

The warning will be in place from 8pm on Saturday evening until 8am on Sunday morning.
