TODAY will be mostly cloudy with scattered outbreaks of mostly light rain and drizzle.

The rain and drizzle will gradually clear later in the afternoon and evening, with some scattered showers to follow and perhaps a few limited bright or sunny spells.

Highest temperatures of 15 to 17 degrees and it’ll be breezy with moderate to fresh and occasionally gusty winds, gradually easing later.

Tonight will bring a good deal of cloud and a scattering of showers, with more persistent rain pushing in later in the night.

Lowest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees with winds decreasing mostly light to moderate.
