Freezing temperatures across Donegal

This car crashed of the Kilmacrennan to Milford road on Tuesday morning.

PEOPLE across Donegal awoke to freezing temperatures and snow covered roads this morning, making driving conditions treacherous across large parts of the county.

With reports of cars going off the road outside Kilmacrennan, a Council gritter lorry sliding off the road in Inishowen and numerous close calls elsewhere, motorists have been urged to drive with caution as the freezing temperatures are set to continue into tomorrow.
