A WEATHER alert is currently in place for the county due to the possibility of coastal flooding.

This comes as a result of exceptionally high super moon spring tides.

On Saturday night, wind warnings are expected into Sunday.

The weather advisory will remain in place until 12am on Saturday, October 19.
