Finn Harps 0 Waterford 4

Three second half goals saw Finn Harps well beaten by Waterford at Finn Park.

The Harps were well in the game in the first half but Waterford took the lead halfway through the first period as Darragh Power poked home from close range.

Ryan Flood had a couple of chances, with the second hitting the post while Caoimhin Porter also went close as the home side pushed for an equaliser coming towards the break.

But Waterford upped it a gear in the second half and quickly came out firing, with Cameron Cresswell making it 2-0 from the edge of the box.

Soon after it was three when Dean McMenamy dispossessed Max Hutchison in defence before slotting past Rory Kelly.

Noe Baba was then shown a straight red for a poor tackle on Connor Parsons as Waterford hit their fourth as McMenamy rounded off a well worked goal.

The result leaves the Harps in ninth place and 12 points off the play-offs.
