Water supply successfully restored in Ballyraine

Uisce Éireann and Donegal County Council have successfully completed repairs to a burst water main in Ballyraine, Letterkenny.

Uisce Éireann working in partnership with Donegal County Council confirmed that water has been successfully restored to the majority of homes and businesses in Ashlawn, An Garran, Orchard Grove, Ballyraine and surrounding areas.

The remaining properties can expect to have a full supply within the next few hours as the water network replenishes.

Paul Kilcoyne, Uisce Éireann, thanked customers for their patience while work was underway: “We understand how disruptive unplanned outages are and we would like to thank impacted customers for their patience while we completed repair works to restore the water supply.”
