Voting commences is Donegal

THE wait to find out who will fill the 37 seats on Donegal County Council is almost over as people across Donegal have their say in the local elections.

252 Polling Stations across the county opened this morning at 07:00 and will remain so until 22:00.

Voters are also deciding who will represent Donegal in the European Parliament.

Regarding the council, in total there are 91 candidates competing for the 37 seats.
