IN ITS first musical fund-raising initiative, Letterkenny’s Save The Church Lane campaign has a very special event in-store this weekend.
The Cathedral Quarter presents Mark Black & Friends at Voodoo’s Greenroom on Sunday night, June 8 from 9 to 11pm.
The well-known Letterkenny artist has put together a great night of entertainment which features some big names, old favourites, incredible talent and a group of musical rebels.
The line-up features Mark Black, Letterkenny’s The Poxmen, Ruairí Friel of rising North Donegal band In Their Thousands, Sean Feeny, popular Letterkenny native, youth worker and The Swell Festival (July 11 to 13) organiser, Eve Belle who recently opened for Kodaline and is a young force to reckon with, the talented Mary Ann McDonnell and Pat & Caroline.
A spokesperson for the campaign thanked Mark Black and Greenlight Media for printing of the posters, Frank Saucian for the design, Jason Black for allowing us the use of the Greenroom and Mark for arranging the line up and the artists themselves for giving their time.
