Video: When the Anglo-Celt came back to Donegal

DONEGAL town’s Diamond was heaving with delirious Donegal supporters on Sunday night as the victorious Ulster champions of 2012 were welcomed home.

People lined the streets as captain Michael Murphy carried Ulster football’s top prize into the county again.

After defeating Down 2-18 to 0-13 in Clones in Sunday’s final, Donegal retained the Anglo-Celt Cup for the first time in the county’s history – and the throngs of fans who turned out at the homecoming showed how much it meant to the people.
