The Donegal Under-20 side’s Ulster Championship quarter-final clash with Monaghan has once again been subject to a venue change.
SP Barrett’s side’s game was provisionally scheduled to take place in O’Donnell Park in Letterkenny, however the fixture has now been moved to Father Tierney Park in Ballyshannon at 1pm on Saturday afternoon.
The game was previously relocated from MacCumhaill Park to O’Donnell Park early last Saturday due to the effects of Storm Dennis.
However, the game was postponed to this weekend after a pitch inspection while the hosts were warming up.
The young Tír Chonaill side will be looking to secure passage to the semi-finals on Aodh Ruadh’s home patch against a promising Monaghan panel who secured victory in the Philly McGuinness Cup, with much of their squad graduates from the Farney Army’s Ulster MFC-winning side of 2018.
Barrett also has an Ulster minor crown on his managerial CV from 2016.
