Ulster Cup semi-final awaits for Kildrum Tigers

Kilmacrennan Celtic 0 Kildrum Tigers 2

Kildrum Tigers will host Cockhill Celtic in the semi-final of the Ulster Junior Cup after a goal in each half helped them see off Kilmacrennan Celtic at the Letterkenny Community Centre on Sunday afternoon.

Keenan Diver opened the scoring with a powerful header midway through the first half, and Jonathan Robb netted the second prior to the hour in what was a game of few clear-cut chances.

It only took a few minutes for the first shot on target, with Michael Lynch able to comfortably gather a low effort from Shane McNamee from the edge of the box.

Kildrum responded in a similar fashion as Brian Breslin curled an attempt low and into the gloves of Sean Gallagher just a couple of moments later.
